The Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is designed for older people who meet the criteria for nursing home admission but wish to live at home as long as possible.

Concept & Schematic Design
Understanding what kind of space design you want, what you perceive it to be & presenting our ideas on how it can be built in the most efficient way. Initial sketches or concept renderings to help you visualize the interiors/exteriors to give you a better sense of the look & feel.
Design & Development
Developing the most important parts of the project: Interior Layouts, Exterior Elevations, Room Sizes, Selecting Materials, Fixtures, Finishes and more.
Construction Drawings, City Passing Drawings & Documents
We will deliver a complete set of drawings & specifications which can be submitted for City Passing; Later can be used to get pricing/estimation of the project, also given to contractors to begin construction. The set will include - site plan, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), elevations, sections, building details, mechanical, electrical & plumbing drawings (MEP), etc.
Cost Estimation/Budgeting
We Will help you determine the cost of materials of the entire project, quantity of utility components & more.
Construction Project Management
We will provide full-support answering all the queries/providing all the information needed by the contractors for the entire construction duration. We will help in verifying whether fixtures/materials are correct, help in modifying construction drawings for any unforeseen difficulties on site.
